Gomez Dental Family Practice is pleased to offer general dentistry services such as routine cleanings and check ups. Dr. Gomez also offers specialty services such as pediatric care, oral sedation, oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, and restorative dentistry.

Originally from Mexico, Dr. Hector Gomez was raised in Houston, Texas and considers it his home. He graduated from the University of Texas Dental Branch in 2010 with his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.). He is happy to provide dentistry services in both English and Spanish.

Our bilingual office proudly caters to patients of all ages. From the most senior to the newest additions, we are happy to see the whole family! Watching young patients grow, develop good oral hygiene routines, and return as adult patients with beautiful smiles is one of Dr. Gomez's favorite parts about being a general dentist.

Did you know children should have their first dental appointment before they turn one year old and that any tooth, no matter how small, needs to be brushed? Dr. Gomez soothingly works with children of any age and is happy to provide age-appropriate dental care whether they are infants, toddlers, tweens, or teenagers.

Sensitivity to temperatures and tooth discoloration are some of the most common dental symptoms of age. Good oral hygiene remains crucial even as we get older. Dr. Gomez is happy to answer any questions you may have about age-related changes to your teeth.

In the same way your dental health impacts your overall health, a pregnant woman's dental health impacts that of her future child. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, Dr. Gomez can discuss changes you may experience during pregnancy.
